AlisQI is a modern, cloud based, no-code Quality Management System that is designed to fit into a bigger IT infrastructure. Our connectivity tools and API lets you develop your own integrations. Think about integrating your QMS with your ERP, MES, PLM, instruments, sensors or website.

Modern APIs that integrate into your environment

No IT system is standalone. Integrating with for example an ERP system helps the business to only define master data once, and use it in the quality management processes. Similarly, being able to use your existing user authentication system simplifies IT operations. Our Quality Management software has a standards based, modern API, and integrates with Single Sign On (SSO) solutions.

This portal provides all details on this API.

Example use cases

The AlisQI API has many applications, we are often surprised by the integrations our customers build. Use cases include:

  • Master data from ERP to AlisQI
  • Manufacturing orders from ERP to AlisQI
  • Batch release from AlisQI to ERP
  • Specification management (from PLM to AlisQI)
  • Quality Data download to ERP or data warehouse
  • Instrument, sensor or SCADA integration

Case study: Berry Global integrated AlisQI with WinCC with just 10 lines of code.

iPaaS platforms

AlisQI can easily be integrated with individual applications through our API. When you need to integrate with a multitude of applications, sensors or devices, it may make sense to use an iPaaS platform. Integration platform as a service (iPaaS) is a set of automated tools that integrate software applications that are deployed in different environments. AlisQI simply plugs into the iPaaS to communicate with other applications.

Integration platforms that we have integrated with before include Azure Power platform,, Workato, Mulesoft, Seeburger, Zapier and Boomi.

Instrument integration

AlisQI can interface with instruments. Unfortunately, there is no universal standard in instrument interfacing.

This documentation describes the AlisQI Software as a Service technical platform. In it, the architecture, security measures and procedures, privacy and service level are discussed.

Single Sign On (SSO)

Single sign-on is an authentication scheme that allows a user to log in with a single ID and password to any of several related, yet independent, software systems.

As we highly value security in all of our operations, we decided to make SSO available for all AlisQI customers free of charge!
